Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR52N4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR52N4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher OR52N4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52N4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUSC show a favorable association.

STAD, COAD, and GBM are the cancer types where OR52N4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
