Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR52N4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 766 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR52N4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Interferon-mediated signaling pathway, and Activation of innate immune response. Each is linked with OR52N4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR52N4-to-partner and partner-to-OR52N4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) grouped by OR52N4-low versus OR52N4-high in KIDNEY.
