Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR52K2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR52K2 data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher OR52K2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52K2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where OR52K2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
