Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR52J3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR52J3 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher OR52J3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52J3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and HNSC are the cancer types where OR52J3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
