The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher OR52J3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52J3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
THYM, CESC, and BLCA are the cancer types where OR52J3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
