Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR52I1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR52I1 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher OR52I1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52I1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where OR52I1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
