Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR52E3P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR52E3P expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR52E3P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, OR52E3P RNA expression shows 4,283 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight KIRC, PRAD, and UCEC as cancer lineages where OR52E3P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
