Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR52B6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR52B6 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher OR52B6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52B6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and UCEC show a favorable association.

BRCA, ESCA, and LGG are the cancer types where OR52B6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
