The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher OR52B6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR52B6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, GBM, and COAD are the cancer types where OR52B6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
