Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR51V1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR51V1 data layer compared with 10 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OR51V1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51V1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where OR51V1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
