Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR51Q1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR51Q1 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher OR51Q1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51Q1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and SKCM are the cancer types where OR51Q1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
