Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR51N1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR51N1P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR51N1P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, OR51N1P RNA expression shows 6,537 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, PRAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR51N1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
