Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR51D1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR51D1 data layer compared with 9 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher OR51D1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51D1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, GBM, and LIHC are the cancer types where OR51D1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
