Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR51D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR51D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MATN3, LRP5, and PIAS4. Each is linked with OR51D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR51D1-to-partner and partner-to-OR51D1 results are reported.
