The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher OR51B6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51B6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
