Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR51AB1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR51AB1P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR51AB1P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, OR51AB1P RNA expression shows 5,427 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Together, these results highlight UCS, UCEC, and LIHC as cancer lineages where OR51AB1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
