Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR51A7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR51A7 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher OR51A7 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51A7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and KIRC are the cancer types where OR51A7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
