The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher OR51A10P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR51A10P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UCS, CESC, and KIRC are the cancer types where OR51A10P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
