Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4X7P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR4X7P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher OR4X7P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4X7P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where OR4X7P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
