OR4X1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4X1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4X1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERCC1, and ETS-1. Each is linked with OR4X1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4X1-to-partner and partner-to-OR4X1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by OR4X1-low versus OR4X1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4X1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4X1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
