Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4U1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,747 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR4U1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Carbohydrate catabolic process, Monocarboxylic acid biosynthetic process, and Regulation of transporter activity. Each is linked with OR4U1P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4U1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR4U1P results are reported.
