OR4S2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,726 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST13P14, OR52M2P, and OR4A13P. Each is linked with OR4S2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4S2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4S2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR4S2 versus ST13P14 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
