Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4S2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,990 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4S2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are N-acylphosphatidylethanolamine metabolic process, Pyridine-containing compound metabolic process, and Cell communication by electrical coupling involved in cardiac conduction. Each is linked with OR4S2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4S2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4S2 results are reported.
