Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4S2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MAPK_pT202_Y204, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with OR4S2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4S2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4S2 results are reported.
