Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4Q3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,094 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4Q3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cysteine-type endopeptidase activity involved in apoptotic process, NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with OR4Q3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4Q3-to-partner and partner-to-OR4Q3 results are reported.
