Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4Q3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 951 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4Q3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TESK1, SLC25A11, and MRPL50. Each is linked with OR4Q3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4Q3-to-partner and partner-to-OR4Q3 results are reported.
