OR4Q3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4Q3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,400 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4Q3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMER3, SORBS1, and LRP12. Each is linked with OR4Q3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4Q3-to-partner and partner-to-OR4Q3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMER3 grouped by OR4Q3-low versus OR4Q3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4Q3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4Q3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
