Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4P4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR4P4 data layer compared with 4 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OR4P4 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where OR4P4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
