The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher OR4N5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4N5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
CESC, COAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where OR4N5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
