OR4N2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4N2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4N2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Notch1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with OR4N2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4N2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4N2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by OR4N2-low versus OR4N2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4N2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4N2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
