Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4N1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,347 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR4N1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA transcription, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and miRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with OR4N1P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4N1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR4N1P results are reported.
