OR4M2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4M2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4M2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, AFG3L2, and CPS1. Each is linked with OR4M2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4M2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4M2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRAP2 grouped by OR4M2-low versus OR4M2-high in BRCA.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4M2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4M2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
