The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher OR4K5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4K5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC show a favorable association.
LUSC and SCLC are the cancer types where OR4K5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
