OR4K2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4K2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4K2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USPL1, ESYT3, and RNF207. Each is linked with OR4K2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4K2-to-partner and partner-to-OR4K2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USPL1 grouped by OR4K2-low versus OR4K2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4K2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4K2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
