OR4K13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4K13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,476 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4K13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDT1, CDC6, and POLE2. Each is linked with OR4K13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4K13-to-partner and partner-to-OR4K13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDT1 grouped by OR4K13-low versus OR4K13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4K13→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4K13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
