Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4G4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR4G4P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher OR4G4P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4G4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, PAAD, and SARC are the cancer types where OR4G4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
