Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4F3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4F3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRTAM, KIF20A, and ERRFI1. Each is linked with OR4F3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4F3-to-partner and partner-to-OR4F3 results are reported.
