Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR4F13P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR4F13P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR4F13P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, OR4F13P RNA expression shows 9,804 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight UCS, KIRP, and UVM as cancer lineages where OR4F13P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
