Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4D9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR4D9 data layer compared with 10 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher OR4D9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4D9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LGG, and SCLC are the cancer types where OR4D9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
