OR4D10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4D10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4D10-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, PDCD4, and MYH11. Each is linked with OR4D10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4D10-to-partner and partner-to-OR4D10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by OR4D10-low versus OR4D10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4D10→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4D10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
