Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4C46 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR4C46 data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher OR4C46 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4C46 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
LIHC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where OR4C46 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
