OR4C15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4C15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,037 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4C15-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, FAM136A, and POLE2. Each is linked with OR4C15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4C15-to-partner and partner-to-OR4C15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by OR4C15-low versus OR4C15-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4C15→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4C15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
