OR4C13

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4C13 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of OR4C13’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where OR4C13 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types OR4C13 is over-expressed in tumor.

UCEC are the cancer types where OR4C13 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
