Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4A41P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR4A41P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher OR4A41P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4A41P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.
CESC, KIRC, and PAAD are the cancer types where OR4A41P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
