Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4A16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,703 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4A16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Face development, Vesicle localization, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with OR4A16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4A16-to-partner and partner-to-OR4A16 results are reported.
