OR4A16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4A16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4A16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, N-Ras, and p21. Each is linked with OR4A16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4A16-to-partner and partner-to-OR4A16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by OR4A16-low versus OR4A16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4A16→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4A16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
