OR4A16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4A16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4A16-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9Q1, USP17L8, and OR14C36. Each is linked with OR4A16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4A16-to-partner and partner-to-OR4A16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9Q1 grouped by OR4A16-low versus OR4A16-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4A16→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4A16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
