OR4A15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4A15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4A15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-arginine modification, Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, and Autonomic nervous system development. Each is linked with OR4A15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4A15-to-partner and partner-to-OR4A15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-arginine modification grouped by OR4A15-low versus OR4A15-high in HNSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4A15→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4A15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
