OR4A15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4A15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,563 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4A15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF103-CHMP3, PCGF1, and MRPS15. Each is linked with OR4A15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4A15-to-partner and partner-to-OR4A15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF103-CHMP3 grouped by OR4A15-low versus OR4A15-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4A15→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4A15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
