OR4A15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4A15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4A15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX55, CPXCR1, and PSG6. Each is linked with OR4A15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4A15-to-partner and partner-to-OR4A15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX55 grouped by OR4A15-low versus OR4A15-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR4A15→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR4A15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
